Limited space left for Suburban Indy Shows

Good morning, friends! If you are already an exhibitor, consider this an update…for those who aren’t, we want you to know we’ve built our business to help businesses like yours! Since running our social campaign and sending our first eblast a few weeks back, we have LIMITED space left!!!

We’ve grown our Holiday event, and you won’t want to miss it…here’s why AND what sets us apart:

1) We advertise…heavily!! TV, radio, print, social, digital, email, direct mail, etc…WE do it all!!!

2) We doubled the size of our footprint AND our advertising budget for this years show…to support the growth! Our attendance in 2023 was up more than 23% over the 2022 show!

3) For those who DON’T have a brick and mortar, it’s your opportunity to celebrate Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Family Day AND get a jump on your Cyber Monday…that’s 16,000 to 20,000 potential customers we bring to you!

4) For those who DO have a brick and mortar, again, it’s 16,000 to 20,000 potential NEW customers who may not make it to your store…and your chance to let them know where they can shop with you the rest of the year!!!

5) Location, location, location!! Our show is held at Grand Park Event Center in Westfield, the fastest growing city in the state of Indiana (7th fastest growing in the US), located in the most affluent county (Hamilton) in the state of Indiana!! These are your customers!!

6) Experience!!! We are in our 25th year of consumer event production…holiday, home, garden, outdoor living, festivals, etc….we know what it takes to create successful events!!

7) If you’re worried about missing Thanksgiving with your family, worry no more!! Set-up days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning…we are “dark” on Thanksgiving so we can all enjoy our holiday!!

8) We hand out Suburban Indy Holiday Show tickets to guests at our Suburban Indy Home & Outdoor Living Show in September at Grand Park…that’s 20,000+ tickets we will already have in distribution!!

9) As an exhibitor, you get unlimited access to coupons to distribute at any upcoming festivals/events in which you take part…to let your customers know where you’ll be Nov 29 – Dec 1…these coupons are good for a FREE ticket!! You’ll also get unlimited complimentary tickets to distribute to your friends, family and current customers!! And every day of the show, YOU have a chance at winning a $100 gift card and many other prizes!!

10) We have an email distribution list 55,000+ strong…these are all customers who have joined us at our events!! We’ve already developed quite a fan base!!

11) FEATURES THIS YEAR: We have Santa, Mrs. Claus, live reindeer, Indiana Artisans feature, Tastings feature for our Indiana “craft” beverage artisans sampling and selling, an entertainment stage, lounge, family fun area, make it/take it, GREAT Holiday decor, on-site restaurant, bar and much, much more! Whew!!

12) We too, are a local small business!! We understand what it takes and are flexible, easy to work with, organized and are willing to do whatever it takes to help you be successful!!
