Hello friends! It’s a beautiful day in Central Indiana…I hope it’s just as beautiful wherever you may be today!!!

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, or felt, many shows in our industry continue to decrease in size and attendance. We at Suburban Indy Shows (held at Grand Park Event Center in Westfield, the fastest-growing city in Indiana) are headed into our 8th year (shows 17, 18, 19), and me into my 25th year in this exciting and rewarding industry, CONTINUE TO GROW!! Our last series of shows (Fall 2023, Holiday 2023, and Spring 2024) were up in exhibitor participation AND attendance…15% – 33%!!! Moving forward, we are increasing the footprint of all 3 shows…as well as our advertising budget to support the growth! Almost doubling the budgets for each show! We are so excited for all the possibilities!

Instead of sending multiple emails for the multiple shows, I’m killing all birds with one stone!! Here is a run-down of the events on our schedule…with more in-depth information linked or attached!!

These two shows go hand in hand…to keep your business thriving all year long!! Most exhibitors find it important to have a presence at both shows…potential customers meet you at one show and may choose to do business with you at the next, or the next, or the next…!! With that said, these shows were designed to connect Suburban Indy homeowners with local businesses to discuss all their indoor and outdoor home improvement, enhancement, and remodeling needs…as well as introduce them to local retail businesses that offer unique items, handmade items, delicious food products, and so much more in our shoppers Marketplace!! We also have special pricing for local wineries, distilleries, and breweries in our Patio area and for growers in our Plant Market…ask me for more information on these spaces! We offer all this with FREE parking in a safe, suburban neighborhood on the desirable Northside/Hamilton County! If you’re looking for a way to connect to thousands of affluent homeowners/shoppers, this Fall and next Spring…these shows are for you!

Suburban Indy Holiday Show, November 29-December 1

(Thanksgiving Weekend!!)

The Suburban Indy Shows team also produces this event at Grand Park Event Center in Westfield!! As many of you know, my staff and I produced both the Flower Show and Christmas Show at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, from 2000 to 2015. It’s taken a few years, but the constant asks of “When are you going to launch a holiday show?” were finally answered in 2022…and it was a HUGE success! In 2023 we enjoyed a 12% growth in the exhibitor base and a 23% growth in attendance! So, we’ve grown our space to include a specially priced Tastings area for wineries, distilleries, and breweries, an Artisan area for those who can demonstrate and sell their wares at the show, an entertainment stage, a lounge, Santa, Reindeer, and a kid’s area!!! BIG growth!! We will, once again, be ringing in Black Friday, celebrating Small Business Saturday, and wrapping it all up on Sunday Funday!! So, if you don’t have a store-front OR if you do, and don’t already have thousands of customers busting through your doors, this is a great opportunity to connect with some of the area’s most affluent customers so you can let them know where to find you the rest of the year!! We’ll be offering great giveaways every day (for exhibitors and visitors), Santa Bucks will be “in play”, stunning decorations, multiple trees, a new game show…and so much more!! I am so excited for the return of this show!!
