PitchDox, an exciting new documentary film competition just for Hoosier filmmakers, invites you to submit your unfinished documentary projects (at any stage, from concept to post production) for a chance to win a $10,000 financial award to support the production of your film.
The competition consists of three qualifying rounds:
- Project Submissions,
- Semi-Finalist Interviews, and
- Finalist Pitches.
A jury will review submissions and select a group of Semi-Finalists to participate in a brief virtual interview. Those Semi-Finalists will then be narrowed down to five and invited to present a verbal pitch and trailer at the PitchDox Main Event to an audience that will include invited funders, fellow filmmakers, Hoodox representatives, and the general public.
Project submissions must be received by August 4th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.
Be sure to thoroughly review the detailed submission instructions and expectations, accessible via PDF below. Important dates are highlighted in the PDF, so you may want to print or otherwise save it for convenient reference later.
