Myofascial Release (MFR) uses various manual techniques to apply sustained pressure into the fascia to relieve tension and tightness in your body. This form of
self-massage applies gentle, sustained pressure on the myofascial connective tissues of the body. This class will help reduce muscle soreness, assist tissue in the recovery process, increase circulation and help the body relax.
This class is 75 minutes in duration.
