Wednesday August 10th from 1-2pm Katy Myers of NBD Public Speaking will be joining us at Maven Space to walk attendees through the basics of effective, confident public speaking. Katy will guide the audience on how to give a speech, covering what you want to say, to what to do with your body. Through NBD, Katy promotes the value of peer coaching, so if time and number of participants allow, attendees will get a chance to practice the skills as well.
