Join Foundations Studio and Erin Brier Birthing for Body, Birth, Baby, a two hour event dedicated to building a community in motherhood. Along with other expecting moms, prenatal yoga instructor Ashley Dirks and doula educator Erin Brier will lead you through a mind-body experience to help prepare your body and baby for birth.
Once settled on your mat, Ashley will lead you through a 45 minute prenatal yoga flow, combining mindful movements and breath work that will allow your body to relax while strengthening the muscles that support you during pregnancy.
Following the yoga flow, there will be a quick break for snacks and refreshments before settling in for a discussion about inductions, lead by doula and childbirth educator, Erin Brier. This session will be both informational and conversational, intended to answer all of your burning questions about building a birth plan.
The event will wrap up with Q&A and time to mingle with and meet other mamas.
The Body, Birth, Baby event will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and ready to meet your baby!

This class is 2 hours in duration.
Prerequisite: No prior Yoga experience is required for this class.
