The Art of the Plan by Nancy Beck! Great Financial planning how-to book, it highlights questions to ask when interviewing an advisor and stories from Nancy’s last four decades as an advisor. Atomic Habits is also a wonderful book; James Clear has done his own research on habit forming and he explains that in the book, he also includes other studies about habits and his best tricks to form them. I recommend Atomic Habits for someone who is just starting out in their career or as an adult or someone who is in the process of reinventing themselves, Pairing Atomic Habits with The ART of the Plan will really set someone up for success.
