About ElizabethMaora: Elizabeth Maora Sickels is a farm girl originally from the east side of Indiana. A Boilermaker (Purdue engineering grad) and Sparty (Michigan State MBA grad) she considers herself a reformed corporate engineer! She had a rewarding corporate career, traveling the world, working with great people from many cultures on some pretty cool projects and of course many 80 - 100 hour work weeks. When she was about to run out of vacation days mid 2016 she decided to take the leap, "retire" from her planning/strategy position at Ford Motor Company to strike out on her own! She traveled for 6 months, and Airbnbed her condo in Michigan. Having a great experience being a host (she made Superhost at the first assessment) and also as a guest she decided to build a full service home sharing business.
Elizabeth now resides in Indianapolis, Indiana starting up and running several small businesses, as well as public speaking. She enjoys time on the farm with the family, cooking, church activities, real estate investing, working out and traveling.
