About My Pretty Little Pretzel:
My Pretty Little Pretzel㢠is a locally owned and operated gourmet chocolate confection company in Carmel, IN featuring lavishly coated custom pretzels and artisan truffles. Special orders include decorated sugar cookies and brownies and custom flavored ganache for truffles. They also have a line of human grade, 100% organic non-gmo dog treats called Big Loveã¢
Our core focus is that everything we create is made with love. Kate and her staff have an exceptional attention to detail and whether it is in the creation of product or in the catering of an event, her goal is to create a taste, texture and a visual awareness that pleases the senses.
Her custom sugar scrubs are simply fantastic with beer, wine and coffee and make a perfect snack to compliment a pairing. Her original Peppermint Kiss niblets are a great way to end the evening without the guilt of a huge dessert.
Moving on to truffles, her ganache is simply “out of this world” and her flavor combinations are the perfect marriage of creamy and crunchy and she has developed a loyal following to the named truffles such as “How To Kiss A Millionaire” and “Keep Me Up A Night.”
Though she started her business with corporate holiday amenity boxes shipped across the country, word spread about her product and the once seasonal business quickly grew and now she works with event planners, hotels, brides and has product in several bars and retail boutiques across Indianapolis.
