We use low pressure as specified from the manufacturer’s. High pressure washing has its place and it is certainly not on your home!

Shady areas from trees are found most likely to be subject to algae. Often times (95% North side of the building is the worst complaint). This is an airborne algae that cannot be prevented (however, prolonged). Our soft wash process will eliminate and kill all of algae, mildew (lichen in certain circumstances) and prevent renewal for a longer period than just pressure washing it off. With our soft wash system we can treat a shingle roof without any damage to the granules to prolong the life of the shingles as recommended by the shingle manufacturers. Education is key (don’t ever let anyone use a pressure washer on your roof) on deciding who you choose to clean your exterior. We are licensed and fully insured.
