Communities thrive when citizens have security and opportunity. EmployIndy strives to provide both throughout Marion County via their efforts to develop, nurture, and propel the Indianapolis workforce forward. With a focus on underrepresented and underserved areas throughout the city, the organization serves as a spokesperson for both individuals entering the workforce and various business partners. Participating employers are able to communicate their needs, especially the skills and training potential employees would need to flourish in their company. EmployIndy aims to close the skills gap for eligible individuals – especially young individuals – through an array of initiatives, and provide a pipeline of capable and confident candidates for the local community.
