The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is committed to fostering world-class service to enhance our community and to meet customers’ needs. We believe in putting the customer first. We assess and respond to their needs by monitoring social media and conducting surveys year-round, including the QSM, Quality Service Management survey, and the ASQ, Airport Service Quality survey, through Airports Council International (ACI).
Customers have voted the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) “Best Airport in North America” four out of the last five years. That accomplishment led to IND’s induction into ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence in 2015 for winning consistent top service awards.
We also work diligently, with airline partners, to seek new flights for customers and we’ve had fantastic success. Since 2014, IND has added 30 new nonstop flights, the most in more than a decade, giving customers a total of 49 nonstop flights out of IND.
