I have been a new customer to McFarling Foods this year. I must say what a disappointment they have been. We opened an Ice Cream concession stand this year at Patoka Lake and have had repeated difficulty ordering and receiving hand dipped ice cream and supplies. If they had 8 pals of a certain flavor they would only allow me to order 2 (3 )gallon pals. My last order with customer service for some reason they sent two flavors in place of the two actual flavors I ordered. The flavors they sent have never been ordered at any time this season and now I can't get my money back after I refused to accept them and sent them back with the delivery driver. I called in and have left messages to speak with the vice president but still waiting for a response. Be aware doing business with them, they have told me I wouldn't be able to receive any ice cream next season unless it was just 5 flavors they would be carrying. Unfortunately they can't even tell me the 5 flavors they would be carrying. Do not do business with this company.!

I love the fact that I was able to move into different roles and was actually encourage to continue to move forward by management. All and All, I am happy with being apart of this Employee owned company.
