I have been in practice as an attorney in Indianapolis for more than 35 years, primarily in litigation. This includes the representation of consumers in matters such as real estate, contractual disputes, tort claims including bodily injury and appeals. During this time I have practiced statewide in a plethora of state courts as well as federal courts.
