With the help & hard work of good friends and family in 2011 Chea starting serving up her Pasta, Panini, Italian & Sicilian street food from her little purple food truck. In 2019, after 8 years of roaming the streets of Indiana, The Twisted Sicilian also has a stationary home in Franklin! The Market & Eatery serves Italian & Sicilian street foods featuring pastas, sandwiches & pastries along with a market selling a variety of local Indiana made foods & products.
