Virtual Office by Design provides outsourced business administration services to small businesses – including answering in-bound phone calls, scheduling appointments, conference room space, professional office space, mail and address services, and virtual assistants. We serve clients in both professional (lawyers, real estate agents, financial advisors) and service (painters, roofers, etc) sectors. Our team is highly trained and provide great customer service to our client base. We are a boutique firm that builds great relationships with our customers, and we save them money doing basic administrative tasks so they can focus on strategic growth initiatives. We are located in a professional building just inside the 465 Loop around Indianapolis, in the Allisonville Pointe Corporate Park.
