Painting with a Purpose Class Proceeds to Benefit Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer

People paint for different reasons, whether it’s to relax or support a cause. Each month, Painting with a Twist partners with a nonprofit organization to host a Painting with a Purpose class. Nationally, Painting with a Purpose July classes will support the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Seventy five percent of the $35 registration fee will directly fund breast cancer research. During the two-hour class, an instructor will walk artists, of all skill levels, through creating a floral masterpiece chosen via Facebook voting. Participants will also receive a Vera Bradley Shopper Tote and be entered for a door prize featuring a Day Tote and All-in-One Crossbody combo in Pink Swirls. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite food and beverages. Last year the nationwide studio franchise raised more than $46,000 for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Space is limited to 50 painters. For more information or to register for the class, visit the Painting with a Twist Indianapolis page, call 317-228-4300 or email Peggy Hufford at studio096@PaintingWithATwist.com. The class will be held Sunday, July 27 from 1 – 3 p.m. at Painting with a Twist, 8804 N. Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268. Posted courtesy of NaptownBuzz.com.
