Update Your Payment
It looks like we need updated billing information. This could be because your card was lost or stolen, it may have expired, you changed banks, or your bank no longer allows our processing system to run your payment due to your account being compromised. Your credit card is processed by a third party (authorize.net), so let’s get your account back up and running.
- From your dashboard, select “Manage Membership” or click here
- Choose your membership level and your payment plan then click “Apply Now”
- Fill in the blanks and enter the discount code “update” to waive the application fee. (Any information saved to your account should appear on the application).
- Submit and Check Out
- Update your billing over the phone by calling (317) 662-4997
Upon completion, you will receive another “Welcome to Indiana Owned” email. No more action is needed on your side, but it is a good time to make sure your listing is up to date.
