SAVOR THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETPLACE ALLOWS DINERS TO EXPERIENCE A TASTE OF THE WORLD VIA SPECIAL MEAL DEALS DURING TWO-WEEK EVENT

Diners can savor authentic fare from China, India, Mexico, Yemen, Pakistan and more

Savor the International Marketplace and International Marketplace Coalition have teamed up for a taste of the world! More than 20 restaurants within the International Marketplace defined as the area with boundaries: south: 34th Street and Lafayette Road; north: 46th Street and Lafayette Road; east:  38th Street and Commercial Drive and west: 38th Street and High School Road are participating. During Savor the International Marketplace from Sunday, Oct. 1 - Sunday, Oct. 15, more than 20 participating restaurants will serve special meal deals. Diners will be able to experience authentic fare from countries such as China, India, Mexico, Pakistan, Yemen and other countries without having to leave Indianapolis.   Participating restaurants include:

  Diners can also experience a preview of fare from participating Savor the International Marketplace eateries during the Taste the Difference Festival and Sister Cities Fest on Saturday, Sept. 30. During this one-day event, restaurants will offer attendees a small taste sample. General admission tickets are $15 and can be purchased online or on the day of the event at New Wineskin Ministries.   Menus and information about other special events will be available soon.
