Currently accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives at our GROWING company – both full time, and part time positions available, including a Full Time Customer Service Manager position.
We are adding a warranty and replacement parts call center for one of our partners and need to staff it with smiling, happy Hoosiers! Hours would be M-F with shifts between 8:30am and 6:30pm

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
