This is a remote position.

As the Community Manager, you will be the friendly face that clients rely on for getting started with Distinct services as well as the ongoing communication regarding current services.
You will regularly communicate with clients and partners through mass communication channels, email marketing, one on one calls, and small focus groups.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining a referral program to provide clients and strategic partners with a clear path to earning referral income.
- Gathering client feedback and determining areas for improvement of services, process, and execution.
- Fostering engagement in the Distinct Facebook group and private group for clients.
- Onboard new clients using the Distinct processes in order to ensure timely kickoff of client projects.
- Create materials such as blogs, tutorials, videos, and manuals to provide to clients.
- Be an advocate for clients.
