NEW SEARCH FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PROSPERITY INDIANA
Executive Director, Prosperity Indiana (Central Indiana, hybrid) – Are you passionate about bringing equitable access to economic and social opportunities for individuals in communities across Indiana? Prosperity Indiana (formerly the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development) is hiring for a high profile, statewide, community leadership position that interacts with leaders across all sectors. Prosperity Indiana is a statewide membership organization supporting the individuals and organizations that strengthen Hoosier communities. This leadership opportunity is created by the departure of a successful 12-year staff leader, the last five as Executive Director. Staff of 7 and annual budget of $1 mil.
Since its founding in 1986, Prosperity Indiana has grown to more than 200 members from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The organization seeks ways to fund member’s work, build and retain relationships, and address local and national issues that impact the capacity and potential for member organizations to deliver services and lead change in their communities.
Annual pay range: $100,000 – $120,000 plus health insurance
