Private Office Available for Month-to-Month Rent

Nexus Impact Center, located at I-465 and Michigan Rd, has two micro-offices available for monthly rental. They start at $393/month and come fully furnished. Because of our partnership with Indiana Owned, for a limited time we will provide a $100 discount off the 1st month’s rent.

We are a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to social impact, with over 70 company members. Businesses who occupy offices must either be embedding social impact into their business model or be interested in starting to embed social impact. This can be done numerous different ways like engaging in volunteer work in the community, giving a portion of sale proceeds to a cause near and dear to your heart, hiring an underserved demographic, as well as purchasing, and environmental tactics.
