Become a Merchant for CarmelFest

“My name is Mark Roger and I am a small business owner and CarmelFest volunteer.  As a fellow small business owner, I’d like to invite you to participate in a NEW business advertising idea – it’s affordable – and supports CarmelFest 2022 which attracts 70,000 visitors over two days.

The City of Carmel and the Carmel Rotary Club return this year with CarmelFest 2022, Central Indiana’s premier festival for celebrating Independence Day. Our celebration is capped off with one of Indiana’s largest fireworks displays. CarmelFest features a community-wide parade, entertainment and music venues, festival foods, kids’ games, adult beverages, and so much more. Scheduled for July 3 and 4, this year we are offering NEW twists on our popular Spark Button and its 30year tradition.

Each year, a commemorative Spark Button is designed and sold to underwrite a portion of the expense of the Carmel fireworks. This year’s theme is “Be A Spark in Our Community.” Our volunteer force will be selling approximately 2500 buttons between May 1 – July 4. Spark Buttons are $10 with all proceeds from the Spark Button sales this year going directly to firework expenses. Customarily, included with the purchase of the Spark Button, one receives a packet of coupons showcasing local merchants – but here are the NEW twists:

NEW! Spark Button Promo Card and Merchant Window Decals

With the purchase of a Spark Button, one receives a Spark Button Promo Card with discounts and exclusive offers from participating, local merchants. Promo cards include a QR code that takes purchasers to a customized CarmelFest website (developed by Rare Birds, Inc.) detailing individual merchant offerings

NEW! Shop All Things Carmel for Spark Buttons

This year, Spark Buttons are available at All Things Carmel located at 110 West Main Street, Carmel, IN 46032. In addition, Spark Buttons are sold by CarmelFest volunteers at various city-wide events throughout Carmel May thru July.

What to Know

-Merchant offers and special promotions are dependent on the merchant – one time offer, offer with purchase, etc.

-Promo Card is included with the 2500 Spark Buttons and explanatory enclosure card ensuring exposure

-Promo Cards are valid from July 4 – December 31, 2022 (see card below) with promotion on website until December 31

-Merchants will be provided Merchant Window Decal for storefront window

-Two advertising levels: Button Advertiser $50 or Highlighted Advertiser $100 (bolder font)
