The Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary for Puppy Love Valentine’s in 2022, and it continues to get bigger & better! This is a very special program as it allows ICAN to ‘spread the love with puppy love’ and share about the work ICAN is doing to unleash abilities and change lives. It is also very unique in the fact that their Valentine gift boxes are delivered by an ICAN dog-in-training! There is no better way to put a smile on someone’s face when a four-legged bundle of fur arrives to deliver that special gift!
Each year they include special items in the boxes and come up with a few surprises.
Nearly 150 volunteers help in the production and delivery of the gift boxes. The handlers in ICAN’s training program at our three correctional facilities donate a hand-made gift to the box, and a number of businesses provide items to make our gift box special.
Interested in Supporting Puppy Love?
Would you or your company like to sponsor a gift item for next year’s box? Past items have included candy, chocolate, cookies, dog treats, popcorn, original ICAN greeting cards, ICAN coaster, dog art canvas, and more. We are also looking for contributions to help underwrite the cost of gift box items, supplies, and materials for hundreds of gift boxes!
