The next event with Handpicked Indy will be on Feb. 13, 2022 from 12pm to 4pm. This event will take place at Living in the Moment events at 6935 Lake Plaza Dr. Suite B8, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

Load-in begins day of at 10:30am and you must be sales ready by noon. Each booth size is 8ft by 5ft for $65. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, change, signage, and anything else you need to be sales ready. This is an easy load-in but you may want to bring your own cart or extra hands if needed.
Vendor Expectations
Promote the event on your own social media. We want you to be as excited as we are about the events. Let’s create community buzz together. Please mark going on our Facebook event.
Read all communication that comes from us. Make sure to put your active email and read communication before the day of the event.
Pay vendor fee upon acceptance. We will send you a Paypal invoice and you have 72 hours to pay.
Be friendly and courteous to your fellow vendors, customers, and organizers.
Organizer Expectations
Promote event through multiple channels including Facebook and Instagram
Provide a fun, inviting location to sell your wares
Communicate all notes prior to day off
