Opening Week at Nickel Plate Amphitheater

fishersIts opening week at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, and the City of Fishers wants to ensure you don’t miss any of the exciting events this summer promises. Kicking-off this Tuesday, June 2, the family-friendly Tuesday Night Concert Series presented by IU Health Saxony offers the perfect night out for families of all ages. Here are a few things you need to know before heading out for opening night:
  • Concerts are free and take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Invite your family and friends. The more the merrier!
  • The NPD App, available for download on Apple and Android devices, will send out a push notification before each show directing users to the deals section to get an awesome meal at a discounted price!
  • Pedal & Park is back, which means you can bike to the NPD and ensure your bike is safely stowed away while you enjoy a show.
The entertainment isn’t limited to Tuesdays! The AMP After Dark presented by Century 21 Scheetz takes place on Friday evenings from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. all summer long. These concerts are the ideal way to unwind from the work week or to enjoy a parent’s night out without having to travel far! Four Day Ray Brewing is the exclusive beer vendor for the AMP After Dark shows, and JJ Winery is the exclusive winery that will offer beverages for sale during each show. There are countless ways to enjoy all that Fishers has to offer this summer. Use the NPD App as your tool for things to do before and after each show, and even for discounts as you’re out and about! Special thanks to the Fishers Rotary Club for their support in making the Summer Concert Series possible and the multiple volunteers assisting with Pedal & Park.
