Indulge Your Senses at Oranje!

OranjeHave you ever been to ORANJE? It is one of the premier events in Indianapolis that is looked forward to year after year. ORANJE is an interactive annual event showcasing progressive artists and musicians. ORANJE will be held at Centennial Hall and Dow AgroSciences Celebration Park at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on September 13, 2014 from 8pm to 2am. ORANJE highlights over 30 visual artists and 30 performers on multiple stages in one evening. The goal of ORANJE is to create an interactive experience of art and music presented in an energetic and festive environment.  Artists at ORANJE are often emerging and under-exposed members of the creative community. New this year is a Record Store Lounge and a Craft Beer Garden.  The Record Store Lounge, presented by Kolman Dental, features vinyl for sale from area music retailers such as LUNA Music, Indy CD & Vinyl and Vibes Music, along with some pieces from a few local private collectors. Take a seat in the lounge area and enjoy the sound of DJs spinning vinyl on the stage. The Record Store Lounge will also be featuring a special presentation of local, live music recordings by David Lindquist of the Indianapolis Star. The Beer Garden will feature seasonal, specialty beers from Sun King, Tin Man and Oskar Blues breweries. A full draft schedule will be available prior to the event and each of these breweries will have their canned varieties available as well. Hosting the garden is Hoosier Beer Geek, widely known for drinking great beer and talking about it, who will be on site to offer education. Who will you see at ORANJE? Painters, sculptors, photographers, filmmakers, metal workers, ceramicists, poets, woodworkers, composers, fashion designers, illustrators, DJs, musicians, comedians, spoken word artists, performance artists, chefs... and patrons who appreciate unique and exciting cultural experiences. This is a 21+ and over event. To purchase your tickets, visit
