Tish Flooring

Tish is amazing. Great products, competitive pricing, and extremely detailed and diligent craftsman. We had both LVT and carpet installed and due to the size of the project, had three different teams onsite at our home and all were amazing. They asked us questions as needed, explained our best options for unlevel floors, less than normal threshold needs and were careful about our pets, walls, and furniture. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete. We previously worked with another large/prominent flooring company in Indy and they weren’t half of what the Tish teams are. We would like to give a special shoutout to Wes and his team on the LVT project, though everyone we worked with at Tish were great. Would we use them again? Yes!

In 2019 I had vinyl plank flooring installed at my home by Tish Flooring. It was a big job and a large expense to my budget. In 2022, right before the warranty expired, I contacted them and expressed my concerns about the flooring in the kitchen area. They were upset that I called and waited until close to the end of the warranty. They came out and did a half a$$ repair and to be honest I felt intimidated by their pressure to accept their job. Fast forward to present, the kitchen floor totally failed. I called and spoke to Fred Tishler as well as sending photos of the damage. He ghosted me. At that point I wanted a quote for repair. During the repair by a different contractor I found that they did not screw the subfloor down properly to give a rigid base, nor did the put the sealer down to give the self leveling compound a surface to adhere to. They actually didn’t use self leveling compound, more like a plaster. So sad. I would never recommend these people.

We just had all of the carpet and new hardwoods replaced on our two main floors by Tish Flooring. It was one of our best decisions we ever made. Anna came to the house with samples so that we could get a good idea of which choices looked best for our space. Arron, the project coordinator, called promptly to schedule the work and let us know what they needed from us to prepare for the installers. The installers were amazing: friendly, professional, hardworking, and efficient. Miguel and his crew communicated everything as the hardwood work proceeded. The carpet installers did an amazing job as well. I can't say enough good things about Tish Flooring. Call Tish for your next job.

Had a rush job (after a big box store changed delivery promise) to complete a recarpeting of guest bedroom in time for solar eclipse visitors. Richard was extremely helpful in getting us carpet ordered, delivered and installed on time the following week. Couldn't be happier with the service, installation and our new carpet! Thank you Tish Flooring for helping us get the job done!

We had Tish come out for new laminate in our kitchen and dining room,and entry, in December 2022. The salesman told us we didn't want to use laminate in those rooms because of high traffic and the elements of rain and snow, and that we should have luxury vinyl installed instead, so against my better judgment that is what we did,here it is 8 months later and my almost $4000. Investment looks terrible, the seams are pulling apart, there are bubbles where screws are coming up, I reached out to Tish with absolutely no response what so ever, I would not recommend this company to anyone, we are absolutely discusted with our floor, I have included some photos, but that is just some it's all over.
