Simply put, Mel is excellent. When I started kicking around, leaving my full-time job and going after my Send A Friend Lasagna dream, Mel was and has continued to be one of my biggest supporters. She's helped me talk through ideas, been a taste tester, got a tv spot for me, and stood by my side on live tv when I started to promote my business. The list goes on and on. In 2016, Mel tasted my chili sauce and told me I needed to start selling it. She took me under their wing and helped me turn my hobby into a business. My chil sauce was in 45 retail locations and added an award winning Bloody Mary Mix to my product line.

I love being part of Indiana Originals because of the community surrounding it! As an Original, I have been on TV and radio, have met great collaborators, and yes, have found new clients! Mel is just amazing, and so are her Indiana Originals members! Even though I am in California now, Mel continues to be a supportive resource for me personally and for my business!
