I get an error message when trying to update my credit card info

If your membership started before the launch of this website and you did NOT create your account, your credit card order may not be in the system.
For members that joined before July 2019
From your dashboard:
- Select Upgrade Your Membership
- Select Your Membership Level
- Use Discount Code IO-MOVE19
