Ready to take your small business to the next level?  Want to work ON your business instead of just in it?  Learn how SBA can teach you to THRIVE!

What is THRIVE?

Developed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, THRIVE helps business owners become more effective leaders, learn how to acquire financing, scale their revenue, and leverage networking with other entrepreneurs. Through the program, participants develop a three-year Strategic Growth Plan that provides a roadmap for achieving their company’s unique goals.

THRIVE is for entrepreneur owners of high-performing small businesses who’s small businesses have: 

• A revenue of $250,000+ 
• Have been in business for at least three years 
• Have at least one employee other than themselves 

Who can participate?

• The THRIVE program is open to small business owners and C-level executives that have annual revenues of at least $250,000, have been in business for at least three years, and have at least one employee, other than self.

When and where is THRIVE?

• 2022 cohorts run from July  through December, 2022. Training includes:
  • 33 hours of core online learning and 11 in-person live sessions over six months. Anticipate 100 total hours of combined learning, homework, and coaching/mentoring time.
• The deadline to sign up is May 31, 2022.

How much does it cost?

• It’s free to participate. The only costs are your time and commitment to complete the curriculum.
