Vendors Wanted: Annual Sip n Shop Event (Westfield)

Hi everyone! I am passing this information on to anyone who is interested. Our member Jennifer Kampmeier of Vino Mobile Bar is hosting the Sip n Shop event this spring in Westfield. See details below:

Hello and Happy New Year!
We are reaching out to share very exciting news!!
We will be hosting the annual Sip n Shop event on Thursday, May 5, 2022!!
This also happens to be Cinco de Mayo! HOW FUN!!

Details:
Date: 5/5/2022
Move In Time: 3:00pm- 5:30pm
Event Time: 6:00pm- 8:30pm
Move Out Time: 8:30pm- 9:30pm
We will host this event in a HUGE indoor facility! This will assist with the outside elements and air conditioning.

Location: Roundtripper Sports Academy (16708 Southpark Dr, Westfield, IN 46074)

The space is over 8000 open square feet on the main level. The second level will consist of additional vendors, food and the bar area.
Plenty of parking space for the guests and easy to enter in one main door.

This year we are making the event very simple with three options:
6ft table space area: you will provide your own table/cloth
10x10ft open space area: you will provide your own table/items
10x20ft open space area: you will provide your own table/items

We will provide the space and you bring everything to set up your area. Again, simple!
Please note that we will only have 75 vendors we want to ensure that we have a diverse variety of business owners and items for the guests to purchase.

-TV Segments (Channel 8 and 59)
-E-newsletters
-Attending other events to promote this event
